Typical Reply Times

Live chat connects you to an agent within 2 minutes during operating hours. For complex issues like withdrawal delays, the agent may escalate and reply by email within 4 hours. The contact form gets a first reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and up to 48 hours over weekends. Urgent matters sent via the form may be slower — use live chat instead.

Never Share These Publicly

A one-time code sent to your phone is the most sensitive piece you can give away — it lets anyone reset your password or approve a withdrawal. Never type it into a chat or form unless you initiated the contact. Also keep your full card number and your account password off any public channel. The platform will never ask for these; if someone does, report it to support immediately.

The green chat bubble at the bottom-right of every lobby page opens live chat. It is best for instant help on account access, deposits, withdrawals, or any issue that needs a real-time fix. The contact form, found under the “Support” tab in the footer, is best when you need a written record — for example, a dispute summary or a request that may need follow-up. Replies are sent to the email you provide.

Languages & Hours

Support agents answer in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Outside the stated hours — 8am to midnight Malaysian time — a chatbot collects your details, and a human picks it up when the desk reopens. If you message after midnight, expect the first reply by 9am the same day. The live chat queue resets at the top of each hour during operating hours.
